Here is what C-SNAP can do for your office:
Users will have access to National Eligibility Information. Patient eligibility data is updated daily and includes:
- Medicare Part A and B deductible information
- Primary payer status (MSP information)
- Any available HMO information
- Information about the End Stage Renal Disease coordination period if applicable AND
- Hospice and Home Health Care information
- Preventive Service information including the next available date a preventive service can be provided
- Hospital Lifetime Reserve Remaining
- Hospital Days Remaining
- Hospital Coinsurance Days Remaining
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Days Remaining
- SNF Coinsurance Days Remaining
- Part D Enrollment data (PDP)
- Part C Enrollment data (MCO)
- Occupational Therapy Cap data
- Physical & Speech Therapy Cap data
- Blood Deductible Pints Remaining data
- Entitlement Ineligibility data
In Addition to the patient eligibility information, you will receive detailed information about the payment of your previously processed claims. Claim Status Information is available including:
