New Incarcerated Beneficiary FAQs
On November 27, 2013, CMS updated their Incarcerated Beneficiary FAQs. The new FAQs include information about the refund process; including a sample of the letter and the spreadsheet Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) will send to effected providers.
