Effective Monday, February 3, many phone numbers you are used to calling changed. You will no longer call a separate number to reach Customer Service, Part A Appeals, Part B Reopenings, Provider Enrollment or EDI. You will call a single number to reach any of these areas, and follow the prompts to be connected to the appropriate staff who will be able to assist you. Please note, it is very important that you provide all information requested so you will be routed to the appropriate area.

National Sleep Awareness Week
Will Daylight Savings Time affect you? Most Americans lose one hour of sleep when they change their clocks in March. To promote awareness of this issue and the importance of sleep, the National Sleep Foundation(external link) has declared March 2-9 National Sleep Awareness Week.
