WPS Medicare will be closed for the following holidays:

Customer Service Training Closures:
In order to ensure the quality and consistency of the service we provide, the Customer Service team will be closing once each month to conduct training for the Customer Service Representative (CSR) staff. The schedule for this monthly closing is as follows:
Effective March 2010, the provider customer service area will close on the next to last Friday of each month from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm CT to allow for CSR training.
Important Closure Information
During weekends and evenings, the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and CMS Secure Net Access Portal (C-SNAP) will continue to be available for your use to check eligibility and claim status.
