Reminder: EDI Questions
The WPS Medicare EDI Department frequently receives telephone calls to our EDI Hotline from providers, billing services, etc. These callers are sometimes requesting claim status, copies of paper remittance, pending and approved to pay claims, check status, patient eligibility issues or verification of patient birth dates. These are types of questions that can all be answered by using the IVR (Interactive Voice Response).
