Attention Electronic Billers
All forms being submitted to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) must contain both the Medicare Part B legacy number and the National Provider Identifier (NPI) number. If the form you are using does not have fields for both of these items, please go to the WPS Website at http://www.wpsic.com/edi/tools_p.shtml?mm=3 
to download the most current forms.
Please keep in mind that only one set of paperwork should be turned in for the group provider number. Do not send in a separate form for each provider within the group. Once the group is signed up, all providers belonging to or joining that group in the future will already be set up.
