Training Programs
WPS Medicare offers three formats for live training, to allow maximum provider participation. These include:
Seminars, presented in person by our experienced Provider Outreach and Education (POE) staff. These usually last a half-day or full day.
Teleconferences, topic-driven education and/or open question and answer format. These typically run for 60-90 minutes.
Webinars (Web-based seminars), presented live over the Internet in an audio/visual format, allowing providers to view slide shows, listen to the presenter, and ask questions. Most Webinars are presented via Mediasite. Learn more about Mediasite by viewing our Mediasite Helpful Hints

All courses are free of charge.
Please note course availability may vary from state to state. Additional courses may be scheduled at a later time. Watch the WPS Medicare Website and eNews for future postings.

- Select the course you are interested in attending.

- Click on the "Register Now" link.
- Fill out the form accordingly.
- You will receive a message back from our Website stating we have received your request. This is NOT a confirmation of your registration. You will however receive a confirmation via telephone or e-mail. PLEASE NOTE: When a confirmation e-mail for this seminar is sent from WPS Medicare, it will come from a mailbox named medsem.b.enroll@wpsic.com.
