Claims Status

Verify the status of a claim using our self service claim/eligibility tools which are available under the top navigation 'Resources' tab:

CMS Secure Net Access Portal (C-SNAP)
C-SNAP is an Internet portal that provides real-time claim status information. Users are able to view detailed claim information such as claim status, payment information, and any reason or remark codes associated to the claim. Please note, claims status is only available when the Part B claims processing system is available.
Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
The IVR is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the standard hours of operation when all IVR functions are available are Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm CT. Simply call the appropriate toll free number and supply the required authentication elements to obtain Medicare claims information. You may navigate the IVR by either speaking the required information or entering it using your telephone number pad. Please see the IVR phone numbers below:
