Question:
I am on the Application Description Screen and I do not see any of the FISS regions. What do I do?

Answer:
First try selecting F8 on your key pad to go to page 2. You should see the regions listed below.
ACPFA0M2 OKIPC1B WPS FISS LGCY CENTRAL ZONE PROD
ACPFA0M1 OKIPC1B WPS FISS LGCY EASTERN ZONE PROD
ACPFA0M3 OKIPC1B WPS FISS LGCY MOUNTAIN ZONE PRD
ACPFA0M4 OKIPC1B WPS FISS LGCY PACIFIC ZONE PROD

If you do not see the FISS regions you should e-mail the Medicare Systems Direct Data Entry Department at:
Medicare.DDE.Analysts@wpsic.com
Be sure to include your first and last name, your previous YMA number, your new EDC number and your contact information (telephone number) and/or a screen print of the system issue.
NOTE - Please do not send multiple requests as this may slow the completion of your original request. The process time on e-mail requests is currently at 10 business days.

Question:
I am attempting to sign in to DDE and received an error that stated "Invalid Sign on Attempt. Please contact security." What do I need to do?

Answer:
If you received this error you attempted to put in your password too many times. You will need to contact the remote line at 866-734-6656.

Question:
We have machines that are programmed to submit claims and have the "Invalid Sign on Attempt. Please contact security." What do we need to do?

Answer:
You should e-mail the Medicare Systems Direct Data Entry Department at:
