Customer Service Training Closures:
In order to ensure the quality and consistency of the service we provide, the Customer Service team will be closing twice each month to conduct training for the Customer Service Representative (CSR) staff. The schedule for these closings is as follows:
Effective March 2010, the provider customer service area will close on the last two Thursday's of each month from 8:30 am to 10:30 am CT to allow for CSR training.
