Important Message Regarding PC-Ace Upgrades Online: DO NOT Save the Upgrade to Your Winpcace Folder

Upgrades for the PC-Ace billing software are online. Currently, the upgrade version is 2.16. You can download the upgrade from the WPS Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Website . Please read the upgrade instructions before running the software so you upgrade correctly and not lose any information.

It is VERY IMPORTANT that sites make a safety backup prior to installing this update. A backup should NOT be restored after the update completes successfully. A backup does not need to be restored after the update completes successfully because all of your data will transfer with the update. It is also recommended that you create a new backup after you perform the update so your backup is in the newest version of the software.

When downloading your upgrade, you should be prompted to "Run" or "Save." We recommend that you choose "Run" to execute the upgrade from the Website. If you choose to "Save," DO NOT save the upgrade to your Winpcace folder.

Saving the upgrade to the Winpcace folder causes technical problems within the program that may take substantial time to correct.
