Important Information Regarding DDE Screen Changes

The functionality of the "home" key in DDE Claims entry/inquiry screens (MAP1711) will not work effective June 1, 2009. Due to a FISS issue, the "home" key will default to the "SC" field instead of the "page" field.
FISS will make the necessary corrections to the functionality of the ‘home’ key with an implementation date of July 6, 2009.
DDE Screen MAP1712
At this time, providers are unable to delete a line item within a claim. If you need to delete a line from a claim on screen MAP1712 please contact the correction line at 1-866-580-5980.
We will notify you when the line item delete function has been restored.
