Archived LCDs
Due to the implementation of the CMS Medicare Database (MCD) and the National Coverage Determinations (NCDs) there may be some LCDs that do not appear on the CMS retired listing. List of Total Retired LMRPs/LCDs
Archived LCDs are:
- Policies that have been retired and are no longer effective, or
- Policies that have been replaced by an updated or revised version.
Services performed while the policy was in effect are subject to the guidelines identified in that policy.
