Claims Status

Verify the status of a claim using our self service claim/eligibility tools which are available under the top navigation 'Resources' tab:

Direct Data Entry (DDE)
The DDE System is an online application that will allow direct online access to your Medicare claims. Some features of the DDE system are Claim Entry, Error Correction, Claim Status, Claim Adjustments, Roster Billing and Common Working File.
Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
The IVR is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the standard hours of operation when all IVR functions are available are Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm CT. Simply call (866) 580-5983 and supply the required authentication elements to obtain Medicare claims information. You may navigate the IVR by either speaking the required information or entering it using your telephone number pad.
