The fees for each of the four states that comprise J5 (Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas & Iowa) are located on the MAC portion of the Website. This document lists only the fees for all appropriate procedure codes. The link indicated below will take you to these fees. From this page, you would simply select your state and/or locality.

The MPFSDB includes Relative Value Units (RVUs), information related to global surgery, professional/technical component status, along with other vital information. This information is located on the CMS Website. You can locate the MPFSDB via the link below.
We have received many inquiries regarding different "indicators" for the procedures listed on the fee schedule, used by previous contractors. WPS Medicare does not list information from the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Database (MPFSDB) on our Fee Schedules. The information presented on both the Fee Schedule and MPFSDB serves different purposes and it is important to keep them separate.
