WPS EDI has extended its telephone support call hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST. While the number of calls we currently handle has increased, the duration of the calls has decreased. We attribute this decrease to the expansion of our hours, staffing increase, providers becoming more familiar with the system, and fewer set-up issues. EDI is currently looking into developing a feature that will allow a caller to leave a voice message instead of remaining on hold when contacting the support line. WPS EDI continues to host Ask-the-Contractor Teleconferences (ACTs) to address EDI questions. We increased the frequency of the teleconferences to every two weeks through June 18, 2008. The call-in information and schedule for these teleconferences is on our Website at:
