2014 Medicare Physician Fee Schedules (MPFS)
Effective for Dates of Service January 1, 2014, through December 31, 2014
On December 26, 2013, the President signed the Pathway for SGR Reform Act of 2013. This Act provides a three month 0.5 percent increase to the 2014 MPFS effective for dates of service January 1, 2014, through March 31, 2014. This legislation also contains a number of provisions which extend certain Medicare fee-for-service policies, including the work geographic adjustment floor and the therapy cap exceptions process. The pricing below reflects the physician fee schedule 0.5% increase and the geographic adjustment floor provision.
On April 1, 2014, the President signed into law the “Protecting Access to Medicare Act of 2014.” This Act extends the 0.5% fee schedule increase and other provisions through December 31, 2014.

The fee schedules have been placed in two different file types. There is a PDF version for easy viewing/printing, while in the other column, the files have been placed in a .zip file. Within the zip file, the fees have been placed in an Excel and PDF format for use.
