Customer Service Overview

The WPS Medicare Customer Service department is available from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CT Monday through Friday to answer claims-related questions regarding the following topics:

  • Medicare Billing
  • Medicare Coverage
  • Questions regarding claims processing

For claim status and eligibility information, providers must use the Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or CMS Secure Net Access Portal (C-SNAP).
