Customer Service Closures

WPS Medicare will be closed for the following holidays:

Monday, May 31 Memorial Day
Monday, July 5 Day After Independence Day
Monday, September 6 Labor Day

Customer Service Training Closures:

In order to ensure the quality and consistency of the service we provide, the Customer Service team will be closing twice each month to conduct training for the Customer Service Representative (CSR) staff. The schedule for these closings is as follows:

Effective March 2010, the provider customer service area will close on the last two Thursday's of each month from 8:30 am to 10:30 am CT to allow for CSR training.

Important Closure Information

During weekends and evenings, the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and CMS Secure Net Access Portal (C-SNAP) will continue to be available for your use to check eligibility and claim status. For more information regarding C-SNAP, please call 866-886-2891 or visit our C-SNAP Website external link.
