Self Service

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) continually encourage contractors, providers, and their staff to utilize the available self-service tools. WPS Medicare strives to develop and improve our self-services in an effort to decrease provider's costs and time spent contacting WPS Medicare.

Claims/Eligibility Tools contains information about checking claim information over the Internet using the CMS Secure Net Access Portal (C-SNAP) or the Direct Data Entry (DDE) System, or over the phone using the Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
