There are a couple solutions to this problem. After you enter your search terms in the search field, select an option from the dropdown menu on the left. This will allow you to only select the area of the website that you are interested in searching. You can also refine your search by using the tips(external link).
If you wish to search one of the following specific areas of the website (Policy, Fees, Training, Departments, Publications, Resources, FAQ, Forms), please select the dropdown arrow next to the search box at the top of the screen. This will provide the specific areas offered as individual page searches. After selecting a specific area you would like to search, enter the term or phrase you are seeking within the empty box and select "Search."
If you are a Part A provider that provides services within the states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, or Nebraska, please select "J5 MAC Part A : Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska Providers" under Part A Information. After entering this site, you can ensure you are on pages that apply to your contract by verifying that the web address (URL) for the website you are on begins with http://www.wpsmedicare.com/j5macparta.
If you need a quick answer, please use the primary (top) navigation dropdowns. You can access the dropdowns by hovering your cursor over one of the headings. For example, if you hover your cursor over "Training" within the primary navigation area, more options will appear. If you are looking for upcoming events, you can quickly arrive at the page by selecting - hover above "Training" and select "Training Programs" from the dropdown options. Primary navigation dropdowns are options that can bring you to your desired page within one selection.
WPS Medicare sends e-mail notifications every week regarding Medicare news, upcoming educational events, and information about the website. Sign up by selecting "eNews" at the top of every web page. Enter your e-mail address and sign up for the J5 MAC Part A General Medicare Messages. There is also an option to sign up for less frequent specialty-specific messages.
The WPS Medicare website recognizes the importance of specialty-specific information and offers an area designated for specific providers. To access information specifically related to a specialty, please select "Resources" from the top (primary) navigation bar. From here, select "Provider Specialties/Services."
