The Provider Contact Center (PCC) is your primary point of contact for questions related to Medicare billing, coverage, and claims processing. You can reach the PCC at (866) 518-3285 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm CT, Monday through Friday.

WPS Medicare has support areas available to assist you regarding other topics (e.g. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP), and Enrollment). Contact information for other areas is available by selecting the "Contact Us" link in the upper right hand corner of the web page.

Please remember, providers must use self-service technology to obtain claim status and eligibility information. Information concerning the available self-service options is located on our Claims/Eligibility Tools web page.
