Upcoming Customer Service Closure
In order to ensure the quality and consistency of the service we provide, our Customer Service lines will be closed for training from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm CT on Friday, June 10, 2016. Customer Service Representatives handling calls for General Inquiries, Reopenings, Provider Enrollment, and EDI will be unavailable during this closure. Please access our self-service tools during this time.
Delayed Pass Thru Payments and Periodic Interim Payments (PIP)
The bi-weekly pass thru payments and periodic interim payments (PIP) that are scheduled to be issued on June 1, 2016, will not be released until Thursday, June 2, 2016, due to the Memorial Day holiday. For those providers who receive their payments via electronic funds transfer (EFT), your payment will be available on June 3, 2016.
Employee Meeting Closure
On Thursday, June 9, 2016 we will be closing our Customer Service lines between 9:45 and 11:45 am to allow our employees to attend a company meeting. Please access our self-service tools during this time.
