If your C-SNAP User Login ID is disabled and you had access to enter Part B claims through C-SNAP, you will need to register for a new C-SNAP User Login ID. Once you have your new Login ID you will need to complete a new C-SNAP Claim Entry Enrollment Form to have your C-SNAP Submitter ID added to your new Login ID. This can be found under the Claim Entry link in C-SNAP.

Another great feature is being added to C-SNAP in early November 2014. You will soon be able to check the Discharge Status for Part A claims. It will be available in the Claim Inquiry function. Look for the new icon next to the Claim Number on the Claim Summary page and Document Control Number (DCN) on the Part A Claim Header page.
