October 2016 release. During this time, our IVR will have limited functionality. The IVR will resume normal functionality on Monday, October 3, 2016, for your eligibility, claim status, or deductible inquiries. Throughout this period our internet portal, C-SNAP, will be available for all functionality except the additional claim status information providers can access related to duplicate denials.
Certified Register Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Pass Through N699
Method II Critical Access Hospital (CAH) providers are not receiving their pass through payments for service provided by a CRNA. The remittance advice is showing N699 remark code with zero payment. WPS GHA is currently working with the Fiscal Intermediary Standard System (FISS) to resolve the issue. We will update the website once there is a final resolution.
