Reading Your MSN

After Medicare carriers and intermediaries process claims for health care services and supplies that you have received, you are mailed a Medicare Summary Notice (MSN).  The MSN is a monthly statement that identifies and explains the claims recently processed for you.  For more information on the MSN, visit the U.S. Government web site for Medicare at:
